How to go about making enquiries and bookings:

Plastic surgery, and particularly cosmetic surgery, is a very visual discipline – all operations are individualised to the particular needs of the patient, and therefore, it is essential for me to see the extent of the problem, in order to offer assessments and / or costs for the various surgical procedures. For example, liposuction may be a 20 minute procedure or a 2 hour procedure. Noses may require just tip work, or a full rhinoplasty. Tummies may be treated with either liposuction alone, a mini tummy tuck, or a full tummy tuck – all have different indications, and all have varying costs.

All email enquiries sent to me will be personally answered within 24-48 hours. In order to streamline this process, I would ask that you please send the following basic information at a minimum coupled with pictures of the problem areas (frontal view and profile view initially). The following can be cut and pasted to your email.

1. Where you are from.
2. The procedure that you are considering.
3. Your age
4. Any significant past medical or surgical history.
5. Medication and allergies.
6. Weight and height (if body contouring planned)
7. Whether or not you smoke.

How to email pictures (If you have Windows XP)

1. Load the pictures onto your computer from your camera.
2. Click on the pictures you want to email (Hold down the "shift"
key to select more than one picture)
3. Using the left hand (blue) menu, under the "File and Folder Tasks" select "email the selected items"
4. When you do this, a new smaller window will appear - select "Make all my pictures smaller" and click OK.
5. An email window will appear with all your pics attached - simply add text and email to paul@plasticsurgeon.co.za
